Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Quality Engineer to identify and drive quality improvements across internal and supplier processes. You will analyze data, investigate root causes, and implement actions to ensure conformance to customer and industry specs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field, familiarity with ISO quality systems, and knowledge of APQP/PPAP. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this on-site position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field is required.
• Familiarity with ISO quality management systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of APQP or PPAP is preferred.
• Supplier quality experience or knowledge of procurement strategy is a plus.
• Professional certification such as CQE or PE may be required or obtained.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Review internal or supplier processes for quality conformance and identify improvements.
• Analyze quality data to identify defect causes and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in establishing specifications and data sheets for internal or external use.
• Audit quality systems to ensure ISO conformance.
• Support product development by communicating specifications and supplier qualification.
