Job summary

CNH Industrial in New Holland, PA is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will develop and implement QA programs to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards. This 100% on-site role at our New Holland plant offers hands-on quality leadership.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 3+ years of quality experience in heavy manufacturing, and proficiency with Office tools and PowerBI to analyze data and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is required (Bachelors degree in Engineering or similar is preferred).
• Minimum 3 years quality experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Every day use of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Continually improve QA programs to verify/improve product quality.
• Provide QA support to production, suppliers and product engineering.
• Own quality for launch programs including risk mitigation and readiness.
