Michels Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to drive quality across construction sites and facilities.

You will inspect, audit, and train teams to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards while coordinating with project management and regulatory authorities. The role requires in-depth QA/QC knowledge in construction, ISO/ASQ certification, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• QA/QC experience in construction industry.
• 75%+ travel requirement.
• ISO or ASQ QA/QC certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations with QA/QC programs and compliance.
• Conduct site and facility inspections and audits to verify specifications.
• Lead QA/QC orientations, progress meetings, and trainings.
• Document findings and corrective actions and track closure with project teams.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
