Responsibilities

• Performs data entry of inspection and certification data.
• Prepares certification packages for each job shipped.
• Reviews sales order documents to ensure proper certification packages.
• Investigates and resolves customer certification or re-certification requests.
• Maintains certification database and files.
• Performs general record keeping and housekeeping; follows safety policies.
