Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the Sedalia site. The role supports daily production by measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling PVC and CPVC components according to drawings and work orders.

You will use hand and power tools and must be comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on production experience, can read simple blueprints, and pays close attention to detail and safety.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in manufacturing, fabrication, or similar hands-on production.
• Ability to read and interpret basic shop drawings and work orders.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and safe work practices.

Aufgaben

• Measure, cut, fit, glue, and assemble PVC/CPVC components per specs.
• Operate saws, drills, routers, and other fabrication equipment.
• Inspect products and perform quality checks to ensure conformance.
• Support material handling, including packing and shipping tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and adapt to needs.
