Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking a highly organized Commercial Proposals Coordinator to support end-to-end proposal and commercial lifecycle. You will develop customer proposals and offer letters, review solicitations, and coordinate terms with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work with legal, finance, and operations to meet customer needs. On-site in Salt Lake City, UT is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in proposal management, contracts, commercial operations, or related field.
• Experience reviewing solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) and coordinating proposal responses.
• Familiarity with contract terms and commercial risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer proposals, quotes, and offer letters for unsolicited opportunities and formal solicitations.
• Review solicitations to identify requirements, risks, and compliance; coordinate internal responses.
• Coordinate and review key commercial terms with the Commercial Team and stakeholders.
• Set up and maintain projects and contracts within internal systems with accurate documentation.
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on progress, delays, and issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
