Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in property or facilities management, preferably HOA/condo.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and onsite staff.
• Ability to inspect properties and coordinate capital projects.
• Familiarity with governing documents and board interaction.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, maintenance, and overall community management.
