Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management, facilities management, or building operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and onsite staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of governing documents and community policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building, grounds, and mechanical systems.
• Oversee onsite staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance projects, and capital improvements for the Board.
• Manage vendor relationships, scheduling, permits, invoices, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory and purchase supplies cost-effectively.
• Communicate updates to the Board and residents, resolving concerns.
• Ensure contractors follow regulations and safety procedures.
• Maintain compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
