Job summary

Allen Marine Tours, Inc. in Sitka, AK, seeks a Property Management Lead to oversee the administration, availability, and year-round utilization of employee housing and residential properties across locations.

The role leads property management operations, supervises staff, and coordinates with Facilities to ensure safety and readiness for occupancy. The Lead will manage inventories, occupancy data, and lease-related documents, while coordinating with Operations and HR on staffing and housing

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Facilities, Hospitality, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible property management, housing, facilities, or related experience.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience with coaching and accountability.
• Experience coordinating multiple properties and remote oversight.
• Ability to read, understand, and track leases and housing documents.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property/maintenance tracking systems.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to pass background and drug-testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee housing and residential property operations across locations and standardize procedures and expectations.
• Directly supervise property management staff and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Provide remote management of housing in Ketchikan and Yakutat, including occupancy and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain property inventories, occupancy data, and condition information by location.
• Coordinate staffing, housing demand, and tenant needs with Operations and HR.
• Serve as escalation point for property issues and travel for seasonal needs.
