Job summary

Masselin Park West Apartments in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead on-site operations, drive occupancy, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage leasing, maintenance, budgets, reporting, and a motivated team to deliver a superior resident experience.

You will work with regional leadership to maintain high occupancy, manage vendor relationships, and oversee marketing and online reputation while upholding Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; CA Real Estate license required or eligible within 6 months.
• Experience leading on-site residential teams and driving property performance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and local regulations.
• Proficient with Yardi, ADP, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Train, lead, and coach on-site team to achieve service and performance goals.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and vendor management while ensuring budget adherence.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variances.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Maintain and improve online marketing, occupancy, and resident satisfaction.
