Job summary

Property Management Associates in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a part-time Property Manager in Hollywood to oversee day-to-day property operations, conduct inspections, and ensure timely maintenance. You must live on-site and be available for on-call weekends to support residents and vendors.

The role requires knowledge of property accounting (Yardi), strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You will market and lease apartments, schedule maintenance staff, and maintain meticulous

Qualifications

Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors.
Must live on-site.
One weekend is required and must be available for on-call as needed.
Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.

Responsibilities

Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list.
Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep
Service of notes and all aspects of day-to-day management
Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Must be able to live on-site.
