Job summary

Los Angeles Property Management Group is seeking a dependable Part-Time Onsite Apartment Manager for a 27-unit community in West Hollywood. You will lead leasing efforts, market vacancies, and oversee daily onsite operations while coordinating with management.

The role requires hands-on maintenance ability, strong communication, and 2+ years of onsite experience. Schedule is weekday, 20 hours per week, with a rent-free studio and monthly pay included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onsite apartment management experience, recent and continuous
• Proven ability to market, advertise, show, process applications, and prepare leases
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Perform daily property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and appearance
• Lead leasing for vacancies and coordinate showings and applications
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to attract applicants
• Conduct unit showings and follow up with prospective residents
• Process rental applications from start to finish
• Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Handle basic maintenance repairs and report larger needs
• Coordinate and report maintenance requests
• Communicate professionally with residents and management
• Maintain clean, organized common areas
• Ensure residents follow community rules and policies
• Collaborate with property management for smooth operations
• Maintain logs and communications through AppFolio
