Job summary

Legacy Partners in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time on-site Property Manager to oversee all aspects of the apartment community’s operations, including administration and maintenance. You will direct personnel, manage the P&L, and ensure alignment with owner directives.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, leasing, and marketing collaboration to maximize occupancy. This role requires on-call availability for emergencies and reports to the Regional Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Manage all phases of operation and administration of an apartment community.
• Direct and control personnel and resources to maintain good physical condition and fiscal operation.
• Responsible for property P&L and reporting on budgets, occupancy, and performance.
• Coordinate with Marketing to maximize occupancy and oversee leasing.
• Ensure adherence to policies, fair housing laws, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Team Management – Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
• Operations & Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies, fair housing laws, rent collection, leasing, and property maintenance.
• Financial Oversight – Manage property budget, expenses, payroll, and leasing performance; monitor collections and reports.
• Marketing & Leasing – Work with Marketing to maximize occupancy via advertising and outreach.
• Resident & Owner Relations – Address resident concerns and oversee move-ins/move-outs; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Safety & Inspections – Conduct property inspections and safety meetings; ensure compliance with standards.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking – Prepare budgets, occupancy, and market trend reports.
