Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential property management experience.
• Experience managing multifamily or mixed-use properties preferred.
• Knowledge of leasing, resident relations, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Experience with property management software; AppFolio preferred.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a mixed-use property.
• Manage leasing processes, tours, applications, move-ins and renewals.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and NOI improvement.
