Job summary

ResiHome in Atlanta, GA is seeking an On-Site Property Manager. You will be the first point of contact for residents, oversee property and team management in a designated market, and perform on-site visits, leasing duties, and relationship building.

State Real Estate License required; 3–5 years leasing/property management experience; Bachelor's/Associate degree preferred; strong customer service, organization, and CRM familiarity. A valid driver’s license is required for property visits.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License for state of residence.
• 3–5 years leasing/property management experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and lead conversion skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Understanding of landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site lead, greeting prospects and presenting home features.
• Conduct tours and guide prospects through leasing and application process.
• State of Residence Real Estate License Required.
• Ensure homes and spaces are well-maintained and meet brand standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service for move-ins/outs and on-site needs.
• Manage past-due balances and maintenance requests.
• Optimize property performance by achieving occupancy goals and renewals.
• Coordinate with HOA/code enforcement and internal teams using CRM systems.
