Qualifications

• Experienced property manager with pro-active, organized approach and excellent customer service to lead on-site staff.
• Oversee leasing process from showing apartments to prospective tenants and processing applications and lease agreements.
• Knowledge of maintaining property including coordinating maintenance requests and conducting regular inspections.
