Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted support to the Property Manager.
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for residents.
- Assist with leasing activities and accurate recordkeeping.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up.
- Conduct property inspections and support improvement projects.
- Assist with vendor coordination and contracts.
- Support compliance with regulations.
- Help manage operations across multiple properties.
