Job summary

VOA - Texas seeks a Property Manager to oversee 60 units in Albuquerque. You’ll hire, train, supervise staff, manage office functions, and ensure leasing and budgeting tasks meet timelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in property management, or a related Bachelor's with 2+ years; HUD/Section 8 knowledge; on-site living may be required; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required and three years’ experience in property management.
• OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred and two years’ experience in property management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HUD, Section 8, 202, 811, LIHTC and conventional properties.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates, and disciplines all staff.
• Manages the property office staff and/or functions, ensuring that bookkeeping, marketing, and lease preparations are performed as required.
• Markets the property in accordance with Fair Housing and the management agent's guidelines.
• Submits reports as required by the management agent or government regulations.
• Responds to resident requests and complaints.
