Job summary

Sound Behavioral Health seeks an on-site Property Manager in the Seattle area to oversee occupancy, rent collection, and resident services while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work with housing and facilities teams to maintain a supportive environment and promote client well-being.

Responsibilities include tenant screening, move-ins, lease administration, and responding to emergencies. A background in HUD compliance and Tax Credit properties is preferred, with strong customer service

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; business-related degree preferred.
• At least three years' property management experience.
• Experience managing Tax Credit and HUD properties required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record rents and deposits; pursue delinquent payments.
• Screen tenants, conduct credit/background checks, and show units.
• Maintain occupancy by filling vacancies and retaining residents.
• Manage leasing records, data entry, and correspondence; respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate housing meetings and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Lead housing operations and collaborate with clinical, facilities, and management teams.
