Job summary

Mission Rock Residential LLC is seeking a Property Manager for Henley at the Rim in San Antonio, TX. You will be fully accountable for daily property operations, driving resident satisfaction, and maximizing asset value.

Your day-to-day may include managing financial goals, enforcing policies with Fair Housing compliance, maintaining records, and leading the property team to ensure efficient workflows. The compensation range is $75,000–$85,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and compliance.
• Minimum 2 years on-site as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager; supervisory experience in a customer-service related business is preferred with certs.
• Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to navigate property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and enhance asset value.
• Maintain high levels of resident and prospect satisfaction through service excellence.
• Enforce community policies in alignment with Fair Housing Laws.
• Maintain accurate transaction records: rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/move-outs.
• Provide leadership to the property team to ensure compliant, efficient workflows.
