Qualifikationen

• Fair Housing principles knowledge and application.
• Minimum 2 years on-site Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager; 3 years supervisory experience considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and enhance property value.
• Maintain strong customer service and manage online presence to achieve survey scores.
• Enforce community policies consistent with Fair Housing Laws.
• Maintain accurate records: rent rolls, delinquencies, move-ins/outs, etc.
• Provide team oversight to ensure orderly workflows.
