Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Property Manager in San Antonio, TX to oversee daily operations, protect property value, and drive resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes Fair Housing compliance, on-site leadership, and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities include supporting financial goals, managing records, upholding policies, and ensuring excellent service. Eligible candidates should have 2+ years on-site leasing or supervisory experience, with Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Fair Housing principles required.
• 2+ years on-site leasing or assistant community manager experience; certification(s) preferred.
• PC skills including MS Office, internet search, and basic math.

Responsabilités

• Support financial goals and manage the asset per company policies.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and online presence; drive survey scores.
• Enforce community policies in line with Fair Housing laws.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions (rent rolls, delinquencies, move-ins/outs).
• Oversee the team to ensure compliant, efficient workflows.
