Brookfield Properties in Los Angeles is seeking a Property Manager to supervise daily operations of an apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and staff management. You will coordinate between on-site teams and the Corporate Office, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with housing standards.

Responsibilities include marketing coordination, tenant relations, rent collection, and move-in/move-out inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in property management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and housing compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of an apartment community including leasing, maintenance, and staff management.
• Coordinate communication between property staff and Corporate Office; perform performance evaluations.
• Administer property management software and time-keeping systems; prepare budgets and variance reports.
• Assist with marketing plans, showing vacant units, collecting rents, and handling move-ins/outs.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and ensure housing quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies.
