Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking a qualified property supervisor to oversee daily apartment operations, leasing, and maintenance across our communities. You will manage staff, budgeting, and service programs while ensuring compliance with housing standards.

The role involves coordinating with maintenance, marketing, and corporate teams, evaluating performance, and overseeing resident relations. An on-site position with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Undergraduate or Associate Degree in General Studies preferred.
• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in property management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of the apartment community, including leasing and occupancy.
• Maintains the physical assets and ensures regulatory compliance and property standards.
• Manages budgets, vendor contracts, and capital improvements planning.
• Coordinates with Engineering and Corporate Office; assists in training on-site staff.
• Performs performance evaluations and handles emergencies with appropriate regional support.
• Interviews prospective residents, shows vacant units, processes applications and move-ins/outs.
