Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor coordination, marketing collaboration, and reporting on financial performance to regional leadership. Strong leadership and prior housing management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• High school diploma or GED in General Studies or an Associate Degree in General Studies.
• 5-7 years of required supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of a high complexity apartment community.
• Oversees leasing and occupancy, and maintenance of the property.
• Manages all property associates and ensures compliance with company policies.
• Monitors regulatory compliance and prepares budgets and variance reports.
• Coordinates with Regional Managers and Corporate Office as needed.
