Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience in multifamily communities.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.
• Strong financial acumen including budget generation and variance analysis.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and training.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and oversee maintenance staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations including 24/7 emergency response.
• Assist Leasing Representatives to maintain occupancy.
• Collect rent and enforce rental terms.
• Prepare and analyze monthly budgets and variances.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relations.
