Job summary

The role requires budgeting, vendor management, and strong communication with residents and the Regional Supervisor. CAM/ARM preferred; GED expected; MS Office and PM software proficiency required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• CAM or ARM certification or similar recommended.
• Language skills: read, write, speak, and interpret rules and reports.
• Math skills: basic arithmetic and interpreting graphs.
• Reasoning skills: apply common sense to follow instructions in standardized situations.
• Computer skills: proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct property operations and staff in the most cost effective manner.
• Develop and manage annual budget.
• Maintain occupancy levels according to budget.
• Hire staff; manage performance and employee relations.
• Supervise rent collection, ledgers, deposits and petty cash records.
• Pursue delinquent rents and evictions and report to collections.
• Direct marketing and leasing activities to maintain occupancy.
• Supervise maintenance, landscaping, and snowplowing.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
