Job summary

Viridian Management seeks an Apartment Manager for the Washington Park Apartments in Milton-Freewater, Oregon. This on-site leadership role oversees leasing, recertification, tenant relations, marketing, budgeting and accounts payable/receivable to meet site goals and ensure regulatory compliance.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with compensation at $26/hour. Strong organizational, communication and financial skills are essential. Valid driver’s license and US work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, AR/AP.
• Ability to screen applicants for affordable housing and maintain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property activities and daily operations.
• Handle leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, AR/AP.
• Screen applicants for housing eligibility and maintain a waiting list.
• Maintain occupancy as directed and manage Move In/Out and Annual Recertification files.
