Job summary

Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking an Apartment Manager for a multi-family affordable housing project in Molalla, OR. This on-site role oversees leasing, recertification, tenant relations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

The position offers full-time hours, a 32-hour workweek schedule, and a compensation range of $24–$26 per hour DOE, with a $500 signing bonus and extensive benefits. Must have a HS diploma or GED and a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property activities and daily operations.
• Leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Screen applicants for affordable housing; maintain waiting lists.
• Maintain occupancy targets as directed by supervision.
• Manage Move In/Out and Annual Recertification files per policy.
