Job summary

Barker Management, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a residential development in Los Angeles. You will supervise site activities, coordinate with the regional manager, and ensure safe, clean, and compliant housing for residents.

Key requirements include at least 2 years in office/clerical work, High School Diploma, and experience with Tax Credits and Bonds. Prior affordable housing exposure is preferred; a strong customer‑service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office and clerical experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, communication, and people skills.
• Must have Tax Credit and Bond experience.
• Prior experience in affordable housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations for the assigned development.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of duties.
• Maintain a well‑maintained appearance for the property.
• Ensure safety and security for residents and staff.
• Identify and report problems to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain open communication with team members and residents.
• Uphold professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Ensure lease terms and resident rules are followed consistently.
