Invest Property Management is seeking an on-site Property Manager to oversee 70 apartments and townhomes. You will inspect the property daily, maintain curb appeal, handle maintenance requests, and prepare detailed reports for corporate.

You will also show and lease units, conduct market surveys, and implement marketing tactics to drive occupancy. Strong self-motivation, initiative, and problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in property management is preferred.
• Ability to inspect property daily and manage maintenance requests.
• Strong communication and organization skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property daily including common areas and grounds.
• Ensure market-ready units and curb appeal per head office guidelines.
• Process maintenance requests and perform light maintenance.
• Prepare property reports and submit reports to corporate by deadlines.
• Show and lease properties; greet/prospect and show apartments.
• Coordinate marketing materials and signage for high occupancy.
