Job summary

The position involves exterior and interior maintenance tasks, painting, inspections, and daily site duties. Hours are Monday (6 hours), Wednesday (8 hours), and Friday (8 hours), with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential property maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property grounds twice daily (early morning and late afternoon).
• Complete service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Perform interior painting and building maintenance repairs.
• Clean exterior areas: trash bins, stairwells, grounds, and parking areas.
• Know how to shut off water and gas meters in units; assist move-ins/outs.
• Maintain inventory and submit weekly maintenance logs to the manager.
• Order and replace fixtures like lights, glass, screens; perform stucco repairs.
