InTown Suites Concord seeks a Property Maintenance Technician responsible for daily upkeep of the hotel property and equipment. You will monitor, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on-site, and you must reside on property during employment and be on call for emergencies.

Essential duties include cleaning grounds, maintaining rooms, conducting repairs, and coordinating with supervisors. You will work as a Property Attendant part of the rotation and follow all guest agreement guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, and write English.
• Follow instructions and communicate clearly.
• Experience with general maintenance repairs.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Able to lift and carry heavy items as required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair hotel property and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms on a scheduled basis.
• Respond to emergency service requests and on-call duties.
• On-site residency required during employment term.
• Keep grounds clean and safe and report safety issues.
