• Makes vacant apartments ready for occupancy per make ready policy.
• Maintains on-call status for emergencies 24/7.
• Ensures work by contractors is accurate and cost-effective.
• Completes service requests promptly per policy.
• Maintains curb appeal and property grounds.
• Performs preventive maintenance program.
