The role requires at least 2 years of experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently, communicate with property managers, and respond to requests promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in maintenance or related field (residential preferred).
• Proficiency in basic maintenance skills: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs, carpentry).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders on time.
• Inspect units and common areas to identify needs and address issues.
• Maintain records of activities, materials, and time spent.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
