Holland Residential LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at a property, ensuring timely repairs, safety compliance, and excellent curb appeal. The role collaborates with the Property Manager to source vendors and manage budgets.

The ideal candidate has five years of maintenance experience in property management, at least one year in a supervisory role, and strong leadership and communication skills to support a high-performing maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of maintenance experience in property management or related fields.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Boiler certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure timely service requests and repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors; recruit, hire and train as needed.
• Maintain property budget and prepare staff schedules and upkeep plans.
• Perform safety, life safety and compliance inspections; ensure OSHA and local requirements are met.
• Address resident concerns and maintain professional customer service relationships.
