Job summary

Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. is seeking a Community Manager to run the on-site operations of the Saint Paul portfolio. You will manage leasing, budgeting, reporting, maintenance coordination, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and service quality.

Under the Regional Manager, you will supervise staff, monitor contracts, prepare monthly reports, and ensure compliance with leasing policies while upholding the company’s standards of accountability and trust.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs in Property Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations to maximize occupancy and uphold property standards.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports, budgets, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate leasing, renovations, and vendor services; enforce leases and policies.
• Support Regional Manager and mentor on-site staff.
