Job summary

Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the total on-site operation of assigned communities in the Twin Cities. You will manage administration, maintenance, budgeting and reporting under the guidance of the Regional Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in property management, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with Yardi are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Property Management.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest occupancy levels for assigned community.
• Prepare move-ins, renovations and turns; submit timely reports to Regional Manager.
• Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for the property.
• Manage lease administration, resident issues, and enforce policies.
• Oversee maintenance, vendor contracts and on-site staff; mentor team.
