Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is seeking a seasoned Community Manager in Chicago, IL. You will oversee all phases of property operations, manage budgets, and ensure a safe, vibrant living environment with strong resident relations.

This in-office role requires five days per week on site and collaboration with on-site teams to uphold TCB standards. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential property management, knowledge of regulatory housing laws, and experience with Yardi or similar

Qualifications

• BA/BS in property management, urban planning, or related field.
• 5+ years in residential property management with progressive leadership roles.
• Familiarity with Federal Housing Laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, billing processes, and financial reporting.
• Oversee property maintenance, safety, and compliance with audits or inspections.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster community engagement with residents.
