Job summary

Aristeo Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed schedules for large, complex projects across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will monitor progress, document impacts, coordinate resources, and provide proactive risk mitigation for major projects.

You will interface with Project Managers and clients to ensure schedule status aligns with contracts, support preconstruction scheduling, and produce concise analytical reports.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-related field or Construction Management.
• 3+ years of experience developing project schedules for large/complex projects, preferably heavy industrial construction.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; strong Excel skills.
• Ability to interface with Project Managers/clients to report schedule status and ensure contract compliance.
• Willingness to travel periodically to look at jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large/complex projects across design, procurement, construction, close-out, equipment installation, and commissioning.
• Monitor construction progress, document impacts, and generate corrective actions to avoid overruns.
• Resource employees and subcontractors to build a trades labor database.
• Interface with Project Managers/clients regarding schedule status for contractual compliance.
• Support bid and proposal scheduling with management and preconstruction teams.
• Prepare clear scheduling/update analysis reports.
• Identify workforce planning risks and provide improvement recommendations.
