Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking an experienced On-site Project Manager for industrial electrical and instrumentation construction projects.

You will liaison between field operations, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the home office to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of industrial electrical and instrumentation construction experience.
• Previous experience as Foreman or General Foreman preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, P&IDs, and project specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates to the Project Manager.
• Assist in planning work activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with field supervision to ensure safe and efficient work.
• Conduct routine jobsite walks to monitor productivity, quality, and progress.
• Coordinate with engineering, clients, vendors, and field personnel to resolve issues.
• Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, codes, and client requirements.
• Assist with project startup, turnover, and closeout activities.
• Maintain organized project files and records.
• Assist with tracking labor hours, material usage, equipment costs, and productivity.
• Review daily reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Support change order documentation and tracking.
• Assist with project forecasting and budget monitoring.
