Job summary

BayouElectricalServices seeks an experienced on-site Project Manager (I&E) to streamline planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of industrial instrumentation and electrical construction projects.

The role acts as the liaison between field operations, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the home office, ensuring projects finish safely, on schedule, and within budget while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–7 years of industrial electrical and instrumentation construction experience.
• Experience as Foreman or General Foreman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates to the Project Manager.
• Assist in planning work activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with field supervision to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Conduct routine jobsite walks to monitor productivity, quality, and progress.
• Coordinate with engineering, clients, vendors, and field personnel to resolve issues.
• Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

EssentialDuties&Responsibilities

ProjectCoordination

RequiredQualifications

• HighschooldiplomaorGEDrequired.
