Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial electrical construction experience.
• 3+ years in a Superintendent or Foreman leadership role.
• Extensive experience in automotive manufacturing facilities.
• Strong knowledge of cable tray systems, PLCs, 480V power & control systems, VFDs, E-Stop, Profinet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical foremen, leads, and electricians.
• Coordinate daily field activities to maintain schedules and productivity.
• Plan manpower and allocate labor effectively.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and communicate goals to field personnel.
• Work closely with Project Managers to identify and resolve field issues.
• Oversee installation of cable trays, power/distribution, 480V systems, PLCs, and E-Stop networks.
• Ensure installations comply with drawings, specs, NEC, and standards.
• Promote safety culture and conduct safety meetings and analyses.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and labor hour tracking.
• Coordinate punchlist, RFIs, and field reports.
