Job summary

Arcadis in the United States is seeking a Program Scheduler & Data Management Strategist to lead schedules for a global data center program using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will analyze large data sets, develop earned value management processes, and deliver clear, actionable schedule reports.

Collaborate across teams to ensure on‑time delivery, maintain baselines, and provide clear data insights for leadership. This role requires strong communication and self‑start initiative.

Qualifications

• Deep program scheduling experience on construction projects.
• Experience analyzing large data sets for capital construction programs.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive schedule reports with no surprises.
• Strong technical skills with Primavera P6, MS Projects, dashboards, and Excel.
• Excellent time management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of global data center programs.
• Provide recommendations and/or propose resolutions based on analysis.
• Analyze large volumes of data for one of Arcadis's key technology clients.
• Ability to present analysis findings in a clear concise manner.
• Collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries to oversee and ensure successful schedule execution and on-time delivery of plans and strategies.
