Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial interiors construction experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project direction, completion, and financial outcome.
• Develop project controls, risk mitigation, and change management processes.
• Create and manage CPM schedule and monthly schedule updates.
• Coordinate safety, subcontractors, and owner contract requirements.
• Mentor and supervise project team, ensuring progress and quality.
