Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of experience or equivalent education/experience.
• On-site project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the project safety plan and provides jobsite leadership.
• Develops project controls, risk mitigation, and manages contract requirements.
• Manages change control and project financial forecasting.
• Creates a project-specific quality plan and assists with execution.
• Creates a closeout plan aligned with contract documents.
• Leads the project team and coordinates engineers and superintendents.
