Hurst Construction seeks an on-site Project Manager to own the build from handoff through closeout on two to three projects in the Kansas City area. Read design intent, drive field details, and run the schedule, budget, and client with a strong team behind you.

We build high-end residential work in KC and Lawrence, with in-house cabinet capabilities. Forty-hour weeks are scheduled; overtime is uncommon, and collaboration with designers and architects is essential.

Qualifications

• On-site project management experience in GC settings.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with designers/architects.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end build from handoff through closeout.
• Manage schedule, subcontractors, procurement, and material flow.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure design intent is realized.
• Collaborate with designers and architects to bring the design to fruition.
