Job summary

NIKA is hiring a Project Manager to support the Base Operations and Maintenance Division at Fort Stewart. The role is onsite and requires a US citizen with a Tier 3, Secret clearance and at least five years in base support management or similar contracts.

This position emphasizes contract performance, day-to-day operations, and on-site presence during duty hours, with responsibility for maintaining contract compliance and acting as the primary point of contact for contractor and government

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen and eligible for security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years of experience in base support management or contract of similar scope.
• Must possess Tier 3, Secret clearance for the duration of the contract.
• If no BS in Facility Management, two of the listed certifications are required: FMP, CFM, SFP, or Facilities Management Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor’s primary point of contact for daily operation and performance of the contract.
• Exercise full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters related to daily operations.
• Maintain responsibility for ensuring the work is performed in accordance with contract requirements.
• Be present on-site and available during normal duty hours.
• Attend the post-award conference and provide the Government/KO with the PM’s name.
• When unavailable, ensure an Alternate Project Manager is designated to perform the same duties.
• Maintain the required security clearance for the duration of the contract.
