The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree with at least five years of base support management experience, and is proficient in MS Office; a Tier 3 Secret

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of base support management or similar contract experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain a Tier 3 Secret Security Clearance for contract duration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all operational aspects of the project, including cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Serve as the Government point of contact for contract performance.
• Manage client and company leadership relationships and project teams.
• Negotiate and report on performance metrics; review program results and address issues.
• Determine project organization and staffing requirements; oversee hiring and development.
• Leverage corporate resources to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
