Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator for commercial flooring projects in Austin or Houston, TX. This on-site role requires 3-5+ years of flooring experience to estimate bids and manage projects from contract through completion.

The candidate will review drawings, perform take-offs, coordinate submittals, labor, and schedules to ensure on-time, quality delivery across multiple projects. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of commercial flooring experience.
• Experience estimating and managing commercial flooring projects.
• Experience managing projects from contract through completion.
• Ability to review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong estimating and project management skills.
• Experience with flooring take-offs and submittals.
• Ability to coordinate labor, scheduling, and project completion.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial flooring projects and prepare bids.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, schedules, and project costs.
• Perform flooring take-offs and develop accurate estimates.
• Manage projects from contract through completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, suppliers, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, costs, and overall coordination.
• Prepare and coordinate project submittals.
• Coordinate labor and installation requirements.
• Ensure timely and professional project delivery.
• Monitor progress and address changes.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Support successful project closeout.
• Travel occasionally for project needs.
